Japan-inspired hand-printed fashion collection
Lyubov Matyunina went to Japan and research into the Yokai* culture. Her research transformed into this very special collection. Each item is hand-printed using block printing technique which makes each print unique and individual. Slow fashion as it is! Each print has a different intensity and not perfect, as according to Japanese philosophy wabi-sabi, acceptance of transience and imperfection.
Artist dye t-shirts by herself, inspired by the Sakura color, she created a dusty pink gradient.
Each item is hand-printed and unique!
*Yokai are a class of supernatural monsters, spirits, and demons in Japanese folklore.

work as a shop assistant at one of Amsterdam's sex shop.
There are 6 unique designs available. The artist herself made all prints on good quality shirts using silkscreen and embroidery techniques.

It is t-shirts with my drawing and text written in English ‘living fearless’ and Russian ‘живу бесстрашно’. This edition is moved by the fact that our world is not perfect! It’s full of sad and unfair events where things are going terribly wrong sometimes. Fear is also a tool of oppression. Because of fear, we do many harmful things, individually and collectively, and people who are hungry for power over others know that and exploit it. This collection is inspired by the idea of fearless: “Real fearlessness is the product of tenderness. It comes from letting the world tickle your heart, your raw and beautiful heart.
